Manifesto
What exists is not necessarily final.
We acknowledge that limitations are real, and we investigate where they come from. We do not consider the habitual form of thinking, acting or existing to be the only one possible.
We seek to take part in setting our own direction. For that, what matters is the ability to choose, to revise goals, to answer for consequences and to keep room for independent decisions.
We pay attention to how we think. We question assumptions, look for new ways of understanding and allow that our most settled beliefs may need revising.
We learn to change our ways of acting when conditions change. When necessary, we change the conditions themselves. We treat stability and transformation as options to choose between, depending on circumstances.
We value freedom expressed as real possibilities. Knowledge, tools, collaboration and the creation of new conditions can widen the space for action.
We allow for different paths. No participant is obliged to match a final image of a person, and the community holds no monopoly on correct answers.
We keep the right to criticise our own principles. ∆ develops together with the questions, experience and arguments of its participants.
Self-sovereignty. Metaintelligence. Adaptability.
∆: openness to transformation and to widening what is possible.
This manifesto expresses a direction, but it does not replace argument, practice or independent judgement. The detailed positions are in the principles and the overview.
